Return/ Exchange Policy
REFUND
At I Am the Uncomparable we value your loyalty and for that, we will gladly accept an exchange of an item(s) within 5 days of receipt of delivery for store credit only. Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS. No exchanges on undergarments, shoes, white attire, accessories, sale items or items specified as no return. If the customer has consecutively returned merchandise, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange.
EXCHANGE
If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, please email D.uncomparable1@gmail.com for an exchange. However, if the exchange item/s is not available. We will issue store credit.
ITEM CONDITIONS
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, damaged, soiled, free of stains (make-up, tanning products) and shall not be altered in any way. To return an item(s) please contact I am the Uncomparable by email D.uncomparable1@gmail.com with order number and details
LOST/UNCLAIMED ITEM(S)
We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages. If a package is unclaimed it will be returned to I am the Uncomparable, in which you will be notified of the return and a reshipment charge will be accessed. Any lost packages should be disputed with the carrier. Lost packages are not the responsibility of I am the Uncomparable.
SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
You have the option of shipping standard, express, or overnight. All shipping fees are non-refundable. (see chart below), and free standard shipping on all orders $100 or more. Shipping is calculated after all discounts and coupon codes have been applied and do not include tax. Please allow time for holiday deliveries as the postal schedule does change during these times.

Please note:
2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will not ship until the following business day. Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and does not include holidays.
2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are currently not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.
International shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
